Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Evan Crafts!

We accept the return/exchange within 14 days of its arrival to you. If 14 days have passed since you receive the order, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Please contact us through email sales@evancrafts.com to request a return/exchange. Then we will send the RMA number and return instruction to you.

The item must be in original condition, perfume free and returned with the tags intact and attached. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.

Shipping fee and any rush fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return/exchange after we receive it back.
